Boulo Solutions is sourcing candidates for a Commercial Real Estate firm in Birmingham, AL looking to hire a Property Manager to join their team. The role involves managing 15-20 retail and office buildings across the southeast.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of properties within their portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial reporting of properties including budget control and maintenance requests. Salary is based on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide quality customer service to all Tenants
- Work order implementation
- Vendor & contract management
- Site visits & inspections
- Accounts Receivable Correspondence and Collection
- General Tenant Correspondence
- New Tenant Onboarding
- Variance / Financial Reporting
- Meetings with Owners/Clients
- Annual Operating and Capital Budgets
- Property Transitions
- Manage Capital Improvement and Tenant Improvement Projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, real estate, finance, accounting or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience with commercial properties
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret real estate terms, principals, and documents
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with all levels of clients, customers and internal personnel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proactive, responsive and resourceful
